Pushing out of comfort zone:

Inspiration for running:

What keeps me motivated during running and my daily life is Hebrews 12:1, "Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us." Everything I do in life is to give Glory to God. This verse motivates me to remain hard working and self-disciplined so I can become a role model for others. When I am running it makes me feel free. Sending my wondrous mind to its very own special place. Running allows me to break down the barriers I never knew existed or experience pain that I've never felt before. It's about turning the "I can't" into "I can" by trusting my training. Running causes me to search within myself to give every last bit of energy I have left and believe.
